Costs & Fees
The Good News:
You
need to keep in mind that the items listed below are
stated as single element prices. Prices should be lower
when single elements are combined to use efficient
synergies as they will be when your wedding plan is
designed. As such the price listed for the single
elements may be significantly less than what you see
below when they are combined into a specific wedding
plan because there will be groupings and
combinations which eliminate redundant costs. For
example if you are using the same location for several
events, several costs will be combined and some
eliminated. Another example is that we waive the wedding
plan preparation costs completely when you book the
entire facility for 2 days. Estimating a wedding is a
back and forth process until options have become
decisions, and it is only at that time that we can
provide a final quote. The process to arrive at the
wedding plan is described below. It may sound daunting
but it isn't. While it may seem simpler to provide
broad flat rates, the object of this detailing is to
assure you do not pay for something you do not need and
that you benefit from logical planning.

Non-Refundable, Payment When Wedding Plan Ordered
Lodging
Lodging is billed at the regular rates for the intended
dates at the time of reservation. You can take a
look at our lodging rates for your dates using our
online reservations system by Clicking Here. The
lodging rates for your dates will also be included in
Your Wedding Plan mentioned above. Rates range from $99
- $459 per night depending on your choice of lodging and
dates.
Dining A
complete country gourmet breakfast is included for
guests within the regular room rate. For most rooms
the rate includes breakfast for two, for the Granary and
Raspberry Hill, the rate includes breakfast for four.
Extra persons in the rooms, cottage and cabins, beyond
the regular capacity, and extra breakfasts are billed at
a per person per day cost (at the time of publication
$25 a day). Dining for groups less than six guests
are billed at the regular rates. Other dining for groups
larger than six require special prep, setups, staffing
and clean-up. You can get an idea of group dining

in mind that a specific dining plan and cost will be
included in Your Wedding Plan mentioned above. Group
dining rates can range from $22.50 - $125.00 a person
depending on you selections of menu and beverages.
Catering
The
catering plan will be custom designed based on your
specifications and included in your wedding plan. You

Catering rates can range from $27.50 - $150.00 a person
depending on you selections of menu and beverages.
Site Rental, Preparation & Clean-Up
The rental & service fees below include planning, site
preparation, moving items, bar and area setup before &
clean-up afterwards required to hold a special event
or ceremony at the locations and sites below. All prices
quoted below are for with or without tents, but do not
include cost of tent rental. Specific tent rental
charges, depending on your specific selection of tents,
will be charged at tent rental costs. Days equal 24
hours and are counted as from the time of setup start
and/or tent placement to the time of end of clean-up
and/or tent removal. Any partial 24 hour started is
considered a full 24 hour period. Example 2 1/2 days
equals 3 days. The capacity limit for each site and
location is also listed below.

Vendors
The following for the most part will be supplied by
wedding professionals in our area. The costs can
vary widely depending on your choices. The written
wedding plan and budgeting phase is designed to help
walk you though that process, explore options, select
vendors. We provide for Vendor Payments Management &
Wedding Accounting Management free as part of any Mast
Farm Inn wedding proposal, as managing the deposits and
payments to a number of vendors is quite the chore. This
also enables you to not have to pay for everything up
front as we provide a payment guaranty to them. We have
an extensive list of vendors who have the experience
required providing services at the Inn, and are familiar
with the Inn and Grounds. Obviously you can choose your
own at all times, except where a vendor would be
required for a setup/breakdown or provide a service
function as we need to manage that process so as not to
find a 40 foot container and 12 workers on the lawn
during your ceremony nor bartenders perhaps enjoying the
party even more than the guests :-)

Lodging Gratuities
For
group bookings we request a 10% lodging gratuity on the
lodging portion of the bill for the lodging staff, as in
group bookings, this is by far the more logical approach
which assures an equitable distribution among the staff.
Service Gratuities
For
group bookings we request a 15% food and beverage
service gratuity on the catering and dining portion of
the bill for the service staff, as in group bookings,
this is by far the more logical approach which assures
an equitable distribution among the staff.
Taxes
Taxes
are 6.75% on all products and services not related to
lodging, and 12.75% on all lodging components.
Post Wedding Follow-Up
There
is plenty to do afterwards, and you can count on us to
help you do it.
